A Program for the Older Adult, De-conditioned participant, or "New to the Club" members:

"Young at Heart" 
An Older Adult Program INCLUDED with your membership! This program is designed for the 55+ age group. 

This class combines FUNctional strength training with cardiovascular exercise plus flexibility movements for overall health & wellness, and to keep you feeling Young at Heart!
Monday 10:30 am  Strength (45 min class)
Wednesday 10:30 am  Gentle Yoga (45 min class)
Friday 10:30 am  Gentle Cardio & Stretch (45 min class)
