Group Exercise Classes : 
Classes require a minimum of 3 participants to run.
​​In the event that a class is not at the 3 person minimum within 1 hour prior to class start time, class may be cancelled through our booking system. 
Please book ahead online online as that is the fastest way to check in for a class or call the club to Pre-book your space: 902-798-8220
