We offer: free weights, weight stack machines, cardio gear and functional training gear including kettle bells, Slam Balls, Med Balls, BOSU and Stability Ball equipment.
Fitness Classes are also included in your membership.
From Cycling to Yoga, Boot Camp, Group Strength and Cardio Classes, our Group Fitness Instructors are qualified and ready to lead you through a variety of workouts.
