We offer: free weights, weight stack machines, cardio gear and functional training gear including kettle bells, Slam Balls, Med Balls, BOSU and Stability Ball equipment. Fitness Classes are also included in your membership. From Cycling to Yoga, Boot Camp, Group Strength and Cardio Classes, our Group Fitness Instructors are qualified and ready to lead you through a variety of workouts. 
NEW this Fall!
Holly Hayes Ross joins our Team of Instructors. Holly will be teaching Chair Yoga on Monday and Friday mornings at 11 am! Classes begin September 30th and run until October 11th. Classes take a short Break then resume on November 1st. What is Chair Yoga? Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or using a chair for support. It's especially beneficial for seniors, people with mobility issues, or those who find it difficult to practice yoga on a traditional mat. In chair yoga, the poses are adapted to be done while seated or using the chair for balance and support. This class includes gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Chair yoga can help improve flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as reduce stress and improve mental clarity. It's a great way to enjoy the benefits of yoga in a safe and accessible way.
