A few notes:
Please wear comfortable clothing that you may move freely and stretch in. Bare feet are preferred and dressing in layers is recommended (Warm socks, sweatshirt, blanket are additional options). Yoga Mats & Yoga Blocks are available in studio for participant use.

Young at Heart Gentle Yoga With: Jocelyn Johnston Wednesdays: 10:30 am Gentle Yoga wakes you up, gets you moving for the day, and calms your mind. This class combines traditional yoga poses with the power and relaxation of movement. Let your breath guide your mind and body through this energy filled class. Jocelyn Johnston completed her Mind-Body Specialist training through canfitpro. YogaFit With: Katherine (Katy) Forand Mondays : 7:30 pm Yogafit is beneficial for both strength and flexibility. Practicing in the evening helps you wind down at the end of a long day. This class includes asanas, pranayama, relaxation, and other yoga principles of Patanjali’s Eight Limbed Path.
