Pump classes are one of the world's fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.

RIP is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.
