 Cardio Core!

 Cardio Core is designed to give you a total body workout from the inside out!
A total of 30 minutes each of Cardio training plus 30 minutes of Core training in a variety of combinations and variations, designed to get your heart and lungs pumping and your core muscles strong.
This class will use a variety of training options such as: Stability Balls training, Bosu work, body weight training, tubing, gliders, etc. No STEP or Dance Workouts here! (Unless you want to!)
Select  Cardio Core to raise yoru fitness from the inside out!
Monday & Wednesday nights at 5:30 pm!
