Nathan Gavel - a Wealth of Knowledge and All Around Great Guy!
Nathan has come home! After leaving the Windsor area for a number of years to pursue and achieve an amazing Personal Training career in the "Big City", Nathan brings with him a sincere love of training people at all stages of fitness, from beginner to elite athletes, and has had great success. He can help clients with nutrition, as nutrition is a big part of training. Nathan is a big fan of Exercise, Philosophy and Music! Nathan is easy to talk to and love questions!

Jan - Our Multi Talented Super Woman of Fitness!
When it comes to working out, Jan has lots of personal experience and knows just what working hard feels like. Jan not only works at teh club leading classes, designing programs, but she also breeds and raises a number of different types of animals on her farm. Jan has gone from a dedicated member to a wonderful part of our staff with the respect and praise of her peers and colleagues.
Jan is our "morning, noon and night" staff member, ready and willing to help out and create the best programming for you and your wellness needs.
