Please welcome our newest Personal Trainer Joe MacDonald.
Welcome Aboard, Joe!

I am an ISSA certified personal trainer and am privileged to be given the opportunity to take on new clients to train here at the Locker Room Health and Fitness Club!
From the time I was 5 years old until my graduating year in high school, I was involved in several sports including baseball, rugby, football, and hockey. Given my natural athletic abilities and extreme dedication towards my sports endeavours, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to play at a
provincial level for both hockey and rugby. As a result of being an athlete throughout my childhood, had always gravitated towards physical activity and competition. Once my time as an athlete came to an end, I shifted my focus to bodybuilding and began following a regimented workout and diet plan.
After over five years of training and learning as much about the sport of bodybuilding as possible, I feel confident to now pass my knowledge on to individuals looking to embark on their fitness journey or who
are looking to take their training to the next level. In addition to the knowledge I’ve gained from
personal experience and through trial-and-error, I have also learned from many reputable sources such as online coaches and articles that delve deeper into the science. With the guidance and information they’ve provided me, I’ve been able to keep up with the latest and most effective training methods
science has to offer.
If you’re serious about getting into shape and are willing to put in the work to become a healthier version of yourself, I would be honoured to give you the direction you’ll need to reach your goals!

Jan - Our Multi Talented Super Woman of Fitness!
When it comes to working out, Jan has lots of personal experience and knows just what working hard feels like. Jan not only works at the club leading classes, designing programs, but she also breeds and raises a number of different types of animals on her farm. Jan has gone from a dedicated member to a wonderful part of  our staff with the respect and praise of her peers and colleagues. 
Jan is one of our veteran staff members; ready and willing to help out and create the best programming for you and your wellness needs.

Kelly Jackson  
"My name is Kelly Jackson and I’m a certified personal trainer with canfitpro.
My love for fitness started at a very young age, from playing all sports, dancing & horseback riding!
I had a tough childhood lost my father when I was 12; He was really into fitness always at the gym I believe that’s where my strong passion for lifting weights comes from.
​Fast forward many years later...I’ve overcome lots of hard obstacles in my life but never gave up! I have three beautiful children that need a healthy mom so I decided to take charge of my life! I wanted to feel good in my skin for once in my life, now here I am... happy and healthy and dedicated to helping other achieve their goals!"
